Before she founded Attest Signings, Joyce served with honor and distinction as a Master Sergeant Paralegal/Law Office Manager at the 178th Fighter Wing, Springfield Air National Guard Base, Ohio, where she retired. With over 10 years of experience as a corporate human resources generalist and in various government legal services roles, Joyce is a veteran in facilitating a wide array of notarization and transaction processes.

Joyce holds certifications from the National Notary Association as a Certified Signing Agent, allowing her to provide expert notary services for a variety of documents. She is also certified in Remote Online Notarization (RON), further enhancing the convenience and accessibility of Attest Signings' services. Additionally, Joyce is a Certified Apostille Courier and a Certified Notary Medical Courier, ensuring that she and her team can handle even the most sensitive documents with the utmost care and security.
